The customer service is always willing to help and is always available to answer any questions you may have. I have used IVR Guru for a few years now and they have never failed to meet my expectations. The IVR system is very simple and easy to use. Calls are picked up and the user is greeted with a friendly voice. The IVR system is very easy to navigate and has a lot of flexibility. I have not run across anything I dislike about the system. The IVR system has done a great job for me and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great IVR system. The system has helped my business grow, and has allowed me to automate a lot of my day to day tasks.
