Lenovo has whitelisted some notebook models, which means that only certain internal wireless cards are compatible. I had a crappy wireless card that didn't work well with the Windows 10 upgrade and I couldn't replace it unless I wanted another crappy wireless card, so I looked into USB based cards. I came across this product that has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. All my WiFi issues have been resolved since I switched to this card. It sticks out a little more than the receiver of a nano laser mouse. I recommend it to anyone who needs a USB interface.
