My garage door no longer opens. She made noises like she was working, but the door didn't move. After finding the right YouTube video, this part was most likely the problem. Photo #1 shows the old part in place. Photo #2 shows my Genie model number. After removing the old part (you might want to watch a video on how to remove it) from the track, pic 3 shows the new part I just received and the old part I took off. What other teeth do. the old part served more than 15 years. Years. Photo #4 and #5 are close-ups of both. I learned to only use lithium grease on the door and all moving parts. Now the door is better than it was, happy camper. By the way, I keep the old part in case I need to replace some parts.
