Considering the price, this should be better. It works as it should, just not very well. Movement along the Y axis is fairly smooth - front to back. Not so much on the x-axis - left to right. The joint that aids the X-axis movement is simply a bolt that goes through two pieces of plastic and is secured with a nut. This creates a fair amount of friction. The nut and bolt must be loosened slightly to allow movement, which creates play. As weight is applied, the drink is applied, more friction is applied, and X-axis movement is further restricted. The heavier your drink, the worse the problem becomes. It should ideally have bearings to facilitate X and Y axis movement. Adding some washers to the X axis screw did the trick, but it's still not as smooth as I'd like. If the X and Y axis movements were buttery smooth this would be a 5 star product.
