Review on TFO by Randy Basque

I bought a pair of shoes and a necklace from TFO not too long ago, and I'm very dissatisfied with both the quality of the items and the service I got. After only a few hours of wear, the shoes began to break apart, and the necklace lasted only one day before it broke. The customer service employees I spoke with were both rude and unhelpful when I called to ask about a refund or exchange. It's obvious that TFO is more interested in earning a buck than keeping customers happy. Don't bother, and go somewhere else. Although the low rates are appealing, the low quality and terrible service are not.
