First off, I'm 6'4", 250 lbs. My waist is 40 and my check is 46T. The sizing of this jacket is typical for cyclists as most cyclists like tight shirts and shorts. Chest than I would like but VERY well constructed!I ride an adaptive recumbent trike and don't like tight cycling clothing, for that reason I ordered a size up.It's still quite tight for my liking, but I wear it in as a means of losing weight Considering I need to lose 10-20lbs so I can't attack the manufacturer too harshly for the tightness In terms of construction and design wow so well done yes the zipper on mine was reversed but so what? don't need many traditional cycling features but this jacket has all the features including excellent night AND day visibility!This is an impressive jacket!
