Installation was pretty easy. In fact, it matched the holes in the old door handle almost perfectly, but when closing the inner door, the handles of both doors bumped into each other, preventing either door from closing. I ended up moving this handle up a bit, drilled another hole, putty and painted over the bottom hole. Went like clockwork. The whole thing probably took about an hour, and most of the time I had to wait for the putty to cure/dry before painting. The package contains all the necessary hardware and screws for two doors of different widths and is double-sided. Also comes with a long door latch that the top and bottom locks make contact with. The material feels nice and strong, unlike some other pens that feel hollow or almost plastic.
