Cummuter Bargain Air Shock Lightweight

I wanted a lightweight air shock and wasn't wasting an arm or leg. I commute 14 miles to and from work. I ride mostly on-road, but a lot of sidewalks lead to potholes, some gravel, some off-road and sidewalks. My build is a budget ebike build with an awesome aluminum 29 inch full suspension bike. That fork and rear air spring completed it. It's bright orange with burnt gold so you can see me. You need to shorten the handlebar to fit your bike. You can get a rod cutter pretty cheap, as can Revain. Cut it off by hand while twisting and turning the tool. At some point it breaks off. You can find a threadless replacement fork from mtn on YouTube. Reuse headset and bearing. Add more grease to the bearings. This air fork saved me about 3 pounds compared to the oil fork my bike came with. It has settings for adding air, preload but no rebound. Disc Compatibility. and smoother run. I've decided to go for an off-road job and let the full throttle handle ruts, hard dirt, rocks, etc. soak up. To go full speed I maximize the preload stiffness when I'm on flat roads and can go up to 28 miles in an hour. Hour with an e-bike pedal. I don't ride downhill because there aren't any proper downhill mountain bike trails where I live. I love it and it looks cool!
