Review on 🔑 POP & LOCK PL9772 Truck Cap and Tonneau Cover Remote Keyless Entry Kit by Christopher Holker

I have a Blank XL100 cover on a 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. I bought a Pop & Lock keyless remote access kit and stylus. My experience with the P&L kits and pen was excellent. The Ridgeline tailgate lock interfaces with a remote door lock system. I found a YouTube video that clearly describes how to open the inside of the tailgate. I chose to connect to the lock/unlock cables in the tailgate rather than one of the fuse boxes at the front of the car so I didn't have to route the cables under the car where they would be exposed to the elements. Using a 12 volt probe, I located the latch and release wires inside the tailgate, then routed the GuV wires through the driver's side taillight housing and up into the cover. The pen itself is of very high quality - I find it better than the original empty pen. I didn't have to cut or unplug/plug any wires from the original handle. I was able to just remove the part where the cables connect and then put it back on the P&L handle. Put everything back together and everything works like clockwork! No more fiddling with the keys when I want to lock or unlock the tailgate. High quality set, everything you need was there. It's so nice when a project comes to perfection!
