Not just for cast iron.

The original purpose of my purchase was the intended use on cast iron. Within a week I stopped using steel wool and Brillo pads for other purposes. They are very well made, beautiful and can scrape dirt off any hard surface with little effort. I think I should add a disclaimer. Don't be a fool and use it on a nonstick pan or knife. Also, the loops are too big to use for effective armor, so don't even think about it.
