Review on Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S22 8/128 GB RU, black phantom by Lee Hoon ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I have not regretted the purchase, everything is fine.

The most important advantage is the dimensions. Very comfortable in the hand. Despite the fact that the S22 is the same width as the iPhone 13, it is much more comfortable to hold in your hand. I myself had an iPhone 13, and now my wife has it. Right now I have them both in front of me and without any doubt the palm for the S22. This is achieved by slightly rounding the side faces. Using the iPhone 13 with one hand is extremely uncomfortable. The screen of the smartphone is very pleasant in all respects: colors, clarity, brightness. Processor performance for daily current activities is enough for the eyes. I note that, unlike Huawei P10 Plus and iPhone X, S22 establishes communication with satellites much faster. This is especially true when flying in an airplane. Very quickly shows the speed and altitude of the flight. The camera shoots much better than the Huawei P10 Plus and iPhone X: straight heaven and earth. In medium to good lighting conditions, the S22 shoots better than the iPhone 13 Pro in terms of image clarity and detail. In low-light conditions, the iPhone 13 Pro outperforms the S22, but not by much. In life, you often have to shoot in conditions where the S22 has the advantage. The autonomy of the S22 leaves much to be desired. Subjectively, it is perhaps a little better than the iPhone X, a little worse than the Huawei P10 Plus, and definitely loses significantly to the iPhone 13 Pro. I used all the manufacturer's options for optimizing the S22's battery power consumption. With the active use of a smartphone for Web-surfing and telephone conversations, it will either definitely not be enough for a day, or it will be completely discharged when you return home in the evening. The signal reception quality is the same as that of Huawei P10 Plus and iPhone X, iPhone 13 Pro. All four smartphones showed a signal reception level in my conditions of about -115 dBm.

Pros
  • The smartphone is very comfortable in the hand. Using the S22 with one hand is very convenient. In my opinion, there is no scenario in it at all, in which one would have to reach out with the thumb of the right hand to the opposite upper left corner of the screen. With a slight movement of the same finger from the edge of the screen closest to it (swipe from right to left), the “back” command is performed.
Cons
  • Autonomy. It certainly is, but unsatisfactory. It will make a big difference in battery life if you don't use the Always On Display, even if you use it in Touch to Image mode. Turning on the power saving mode will add a little more time. If you also include “App and Screen Restriction” in this mode, then you can completely forget about caring for the battery charge for the whole day. But this is an exceptional mode. It leaves only a minimal set of functions and design. Not everyone will like to use it for a long time. Since I use the car a lot, this allows me to keep the charge in the 40-60% range. But if you don't spend an excessive amount of time on your smartphone at work, I think you should have enough battery power before returning home. The function of answering a call by simply bringing the phone to your ear is very lacking. This method worked on Huawei P10 Plus, 2022. Awesome feature. 1. Fingerprint unlock requires more pressing on the screen than Huawei P10 Plus. It takes habit. 2. Face unlock works subjectively two to three times worse than the iPhone X. 3. The use of protective glass significantly reduces the sensitivity of the screen. In my case, it was so noticeable that I had to remove it.
