The instructions were very bare and didn't show how to attach the straps to the mounts causing a lot of unnecessary frustration. After finally getting him on my bike and packing about 15 pounds of touring gear onto a Thule pannier, I left. for at least a few blocks. Then a cheap plastic clip broke. I decided not to return it as I had spent about 2 hours loading it onto my bike and secured it with a zip tie which held up pretty well. pulled the fragile and flexible frame to my tire which started wearing rubber and destroying the frame and my tire. This thing is as junk as I want to work.
