I like how easy it is for me as an athletic trainer at my gym, or any other clinic where i have access too! The program allows you do use your own equipment (weight bar) instead off purchasing expensive ones that are not always available everywhere. This will help cut down costs!! There isn't much this software can’t solve with just some tweaking around here and there but all programs need fine-tuning before being able to utilize most effectively so don;' be dismayed if nothing comes up right away when trying something out :) Just keep working towards getting what works best using everything given by phydoe app. ! You won'; get more bang from buck spending money elsewhere because we spend wayyylll over budget doing workouts everyday anyway lol We save time having clients complete our workout regimen which reduces cost per session compared against hiring professional trainers who bill.
