I don't know what I like best about this product. The product itself or the customer service! Possibly the best customer service I have ever received from Revain. A little background story. I decided to grab a 40 liter bag a week before my trip to Everglades National Park to replace the large bulky bag I currently have. My friends and I come to the park often every year to camp and fish when we have a break in the weather in Florida and ride micro skiffs in the backcountry. We have to choose our gear and pack light and compact things to get to the campsites. The weather is not always favorable to us and we sometimes get caught in the rain which can be a problem as most of our gear is stored on deck when we reach camp. Well I received 20L instead of 40L on the Sunday it was delivered so I emailed the support team who responded within an hour! It was a real person, not a randomly generated message! Scott was incredibly helpful and understood my itinerary. He told me to keep the 20L I wanted to buy for kayaking after trying this one and left me 40L for the night! It was there the next day! Service call! The bag is very durable, it has been dropped, hit by sand and shells and still looks great. It also folds really well and is compact, and I've stuffed clothes, small items, and linens into it. Feel like you are in a boat for once, no problem getting wet. The shoulder straps also come in handy when you want to carry things to the campsite. they are also very comfortable. I would recommend this and buy again. damn yes! The price is spot on too!
