Review on 🔪 15-Piece Knife Set with Block, Including Sharpener, German Stainless Steel Blades and Serrated Steak Knives by Stacy Mendoza

I was pleasantly surprised that the knives and block were so well made given the reasonable price. How to get a knife set) and a beautiful knife set that I got for my wedding 35 years ago. The cheap set didn't have a full shaft (the blade didn't extend the full length of the handle) so it was brittle and the 2 large knives were dangerously loose, but I use the steak knives in this set EVERY DAY. The other set was really nice and high quality but it only had a couple of knives and no steak knives. So I decided to replace my two sets with one set - THIS set. This set has all the knives I need - the knives are sharp, the shanks run the full length of the handle and they are well made. The knife block is also well made and the set feels good in the hand. The handles of the knives are not made of wood, so you can wash dishes without worrying about finishing. (Though I still believe that hand washing will always be the preferred method of cleaning kitchen knives.) If I had to say anything in my review, it would be the handle shape of the knives. The handle is tapered and has no rib/grip for your pinky to lean on. So if your hands are wet, I'm worried I'll lose my grip. However, don't take this as a sign that I'm unhappy. I love these knives and am glad I bought them.
