The best part is that it can be accessed from anywhere in the world, no matter where you are or what time zone you're currently located in! It's also really easy to use once you get past the initial setup of uploading your data into their system. I'd say they could have made some minor UI/UX changes here and there but honestly most companies struggle with this when first getting started. Make sure you have someone (or more than one) who can help answer any questions as well as know how to navigate through the platform. We've been able to save countless hours of searching through old files which were previously stored elsewhere.
