Wow! Excellent material! in additive manufacturing products

When I bought my new printer I was really hoping to solve my print bed problems with the Ender 3 V2 glass bed. For the PLA sample, the glass substrate worked great, but when I switched to the black Pro PLA Overture, I suddenly had to make very fine adjustments to get adhesion. I was offered a sample of this PEI film to test and I am totally impressed. It has stronger adhesion both hot and cold, but PLA can still be removed relatively easily with a fingernail or a plastic tool. I attached a sheet to the back of the Creality glass bed for use on either side, but didn't bother going back to the standard bed. The PEI film is very easy to process! In my video I demonstrate the difference between the two sides. Excellent print quality. Eventually I fiddled with the offset adjustment and buried the head in PEI so it might get damaged - be careful. You can also scratch it with steel tools. However, you have to really try to screw it up, it's not soft. I'll probably get another of these sets to swap two, I absolutely love them!
