Water pump needs to be replaced
GM V6 when replacing the water pump the old bolts need to be cleaned and taped in place if they fit the engine water jacket. This bolt kit is worth it to make replacing the water pump easier. Also, don't forget to paint the gaskets on the water pump as they are off@!#$ without gluing them to the pump.
