WALLOP may have a broad selection of kitchen products and a website that is simple to navigate, but there are still some aspects of their business that could use some work. To begin, the product descriptions could be more in-depth and informative. Certain items lacked crucial information that would be essential for customers to know before making a purchase, and this was one of the issues. In addition, there was a lack of variety in the shipping choices, and the delivery times were slower than those of competing online retailers. In addition, the quality of some of the products was not as high as was anticipated, and the level of responsiveness of the customer support was not as good as it could have been. WALLOP is an online store that, on the whole, does a reasonable job of meeting its customers' needs and expectations; however, there are definitely some areas in which the company could improve.
