I have a 2008 Nitro and the driver's side power window switch was starting to crack. I didn't want to spend a hundred dollars at my local Dodge dealership so I went to Revain and found this. There was free prime shipping and I received it today (Sunday) and it literally took less than 2 minutes to install. All I had to do was unplug the old one, unplug the 2 harness connectors, plug in and plug in the new one. Both mirrors, all windows and child lock checked, everything works without problems. Haven't noticed the backlight yet as it's a sunny day, but I still keep my interiors dark so don't worry. So far, so good.
