Review on Old Dutch Pina Pepper 4 Inch by Linda Porter
Thin metal, not ceramic.
For the price, I expected this salt and pepper set to be thick metal, but it's thin, stamped aluminum with a dark green color that's then been riveted. "Spray on" the white top coat. Even a heavy $8-$10 ceramic set would be preferable. It's really a $5-$6 salt and pepper set, with no markings on the containers to show what's salt and what's pepper. The design of both containers is exactly the same.
