I love how easy it was to set up my laptop, tablet or phone as an image viewer! The quality images are great too, so there's no need to print off photos if they're just going into patient files/email etc., but still have them available in case we want more details later (for example). We also use this system when treating patients outside our office because sometimes people don't always remember their insurance information - which can be frustrating at times since some offices will only accept credit card payments through online portals instead of taking checks via mail like ours does. This eliminates having those extra steps between us seeing payment info from payers, getting paid by check, then paying bills after working hours. It helps keep things streamlined overall :).
