The most important thing I like about total dentalserviceis its reliability, they always do what it takes to make sure we are satisfied in every way possible! The ability it has given me in being able not only access my patient information but their files as well! It really helps cut down time when I am trying figure out what's wrong or how far back they have been since last visit, etc.. This program does get expensive after awhile however if we are looking at having multiple dentists use this then its worth every penny!! Especially considering all our patients can now be accessed from anywhere which lets us save tons more money by cutting costs…

I love how easy it was to set up my laptop, tablet or phone as an image viewer! The quality images are great too, so there's no need to print off photos if they're just going into patient files/email etc., but still have them available in case we want more details later (for example).
