Difficult to install.
Comes with poorly performing hardware. The instructions are well done as they don't tell you what size drill bit to use and none is included. I chose a drill bit size 11/32 which matches the size of the anchor rod, this size doesn't work as it breaks out of the hole after tightening the screw. I finally settled on the JB weld to hold the anchor, this worked for me. I would not recommend this product as it does not assemble as described.
