Super cheap and not in a good way. It's just a piece of cheap plastic with cheap stickers on it. Stickers don't last long when you have a drooling baby. Also, the buttons don't work properly. Just bad bad quality. Don't waste your money on this UPDATE: The company contacted me after seeing my review and sent me a second toy phone. This phone came in completely different packaging and was missing one of the two charging cables that came with the first one. I thought it was very nice of them to reach out and do this for me. This shows that they know their reviews and care about them. Overall I think the best thing they can do is upgrade their product and make it a little more durable. I think for the price you get what you pay for. I'm adding another star just because they really care. And it's impressive. I was pleased to know that my voice and concerns were being heard.
