Faulty straps but overall decent case

I bought this cover and had high hopes for it, but after 2 weeks of use the strap around the headrest broke leaving one side of the cover hanging. The straps themselves feel pretty cheap, but the microfiber is pretty nice and easy to clean. They deserved 4 stars due to the quick replacement of the product with the old one.
