Review on AQwzh PRO TP01 Meat Thermometer: Digital Instant Read Thermometer for Kitchen BBQ Grill, Smoker, Meat, Coffee, Oil, Milk, Yogurt temp by Sejal Beasley

I bought this thermometer at the end of August. Mainly used in fall barbecues and a few times in winter. When I tried to use it the other day the display showed 'Low' and I thought it might be the battery. I tried the battery I just bought and it also shows the same "Low". When I wrote to the seller to inquire about the warranty advertised with this product, I received a reply telling me to simply purchase a new unit from Revain (since it currently costs $6.99 and probably cheaper than paying the postage to return my original device ). I even wondered out loud in my post why I would buy the same block without any assurance that it will last longer than my first one. The second reply repeated that I should buy another block. Terrible customer service even after I wrote to ask if they would stand by their advertised guarantee.
