Product was easy to assemble and install; The only thing to look out for with this and any rack mount device is to check if the TV or monitor power cable is closer to the metal VESA piece of this ceiling rack mount. I encountered this problem when installing the back of the TV. I've found that I can't connect the TV's power cord as most of the stand mount covers it. I was finally able to cut the piece of metal covering it off with my time and I'm also lucky to have a friend who has a saw to cut it.
