I like that it’s easy to use, simple UI/UX design makes me feel comfortable in using this software as my business communication tool with customers or internal teams.

The customer support team are also very responsive when you have any issues which can be frustrating at times but overall they're great! Nothing really - everything works well for us so far. We needed some sort of tool to communicate between our different departments within our organization. This solved all problems we had previously using other tools such as Slack & emailing documents back and forth etc.
