Easy Setup Process With Great Customer Service

I like how easy it was to set up, but also that there were many integrations available for other platforms such as Zapier or Salesforce! It makes me so happy when we can make our customers feel more at ease while using their product with us by allowing them be able have conversations about what they need from one platform into another without having an employee jump in between each step of conversation-making.- The fact you are still learning new features every month - even though this has been

  • Customer Service is always willing help out any questions i may come across whenever setting things straight (i'm pretty sure everyone else does)
  • Their software isn't just limited within sales cycles either..it covers almost anything relating back towards marketing automation / email campaigns etc.Very versatile solution overall !

Great experience communicating internally / externally

I like that it’s easy to use, simple UI/UX design makes me feel comfortable in using this software as my business communication tool with customers or internal teams. The customer support team are also very responsive when you have any issues which can be frustrating at times but overall they're great! Nothing really - everything works well for us so far. We needed some sort of tool to communicate between our different departments within our organization. This solved all problems we had…
