DO NOT BUY - BEWARE! MAJOR DEFECTIVE

Had to replace an old bathroom fan and found this part while trying to request some money to build an OEM NuTone 0695B000 motor for the QT80 series fans. LOSE A DOLLAR TO SAVE A PENNY! The fan mechanism has a screw that has literally been "twisted" hard, interfering with the movement of the plastic fan mechanism. Thought I had a lemon and contacted Revains excellent customer service for a replacement. REPLACE has the same problem. 2 out of 2 errors 100% - both returned. and ORDER "NuTone 0695B000 Motor Assembly for QT80 Series Fans" from another seller marked with "NuTone" trademark - FAN spins freely, nothing "screwed" around to disturb the movement - fan installed again in 10 minutes. case is closed. DO NOT buy this.
