DO NOT BUY - BEWARE! MAJOR DEFECTIVE

Had to replace an old bathroom fan and found this part while trying to request some money to build an OEM NuTone 0695B000 motor for the QT80 series fans. LOSE A DOLLAR TO SAVE A PENNY! The fan mechanism has a screw that has literally been "twisted" hard, interfering with the movement of the plastic fan mechanism. Disconnected/reconnected and it was humming as it couldn't start due to bearing rub/friction. Returned both for full credit. They were 56% cheaper…

Luckily for me, my brother is on site and we removed the fan from the old block (the motor was broken) and put it on the motor of the new block. It was NOT as easy as it might seem. He also machined two bolts that protruded too much under the fan, causing the fan to break in two…
