I like how easy it was to learn about their products as well as implementing them into our organization! The training provided by this program helped us understand all aspects needed for success within AIMBASE including but not limited too CRM integration/customization & reporting capabilities.
There were many things we had questions or concerns regarding which they quickly answered through live chat support when available during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm CST). We are able to provide better service delivery than other vendors who charge more per month even though there isn't much difference between what those companies offer vs AimBase's pricing structure. They also have great tools such as social media monitoring so you can see where your customers spend time online while browsing product websites etc..
