Review on 🎧 Cyber Acoustics Mono Headset with Microphone, Ideal for K12 School Classroom and Education (AC-104), Gray by Mido Taylor

I ordered two of these because my kids use them for their PS4 headsets. I opened the first one and the earpiece was separated from the headset. No problem, just snap it back on, but you're wondering if it just came loose in the packaging during shipping?! Plugged it in and the mic doesn't work. The second package opened, safe and sound, connected to the PS4 controller while everything is working. The sound is ok, the microphone is clear on the other side. Very long cable. There is no separate mute switch but when I bought it I knew this was normal. I'm going to replace a broken headset with Revain, but 50% success isn't very good yet.
