Size chart is small

So a pendant of excellent quality. But the sizing is wrong. I spent the last of my money to buy this for my boy because we are moving and we need a way to keep an eye on him. It's too small and unfortunately I can't afford to send it back. So my cat can't wear this. I don't know what to do but I'm depressed about it.
