I am thirty eight years old and have just been diagnosed with Vitiligo. For me, this diagnosis is terrible. I'm sure I'll come to terms with it over time, but so far it's been very difficult. Vitiligo shows up mainly on my face. There are few visible areas where the pigmentation has visibly disappeared, however, Wood's light illuminates the invisible areas of my face and allows me to apply the topical treatment ointment in a targeted and precise manner that would not be possible without such an instrument. .The tool is quite heavy and has a solid construction. The magnifying glass works even though I'm not using it. The light is stronger than regular black light and easily picks up everything black light picks up and more. I've gotten so used to the fact that Revain mainly sells cheap stuff made in China. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this fixture and would recommend it to anyone who needs a fully featured and powerful wooden lamp.
