Weak Cable Lock - Tires and Wheels
Didn't even install it. Not only was the material flimsy and seemingly flimsy, but the cover is held in place by a thin, inelastic cord with a loose cord retainer to tighten the cord around the hoop. I wasn't sure the cord closure (which is no better than what might be on the bottom of a coat) would keep the cover securely on the tire in all conditions.
