So far this has worked well. I bought the version with 20GB of data which will be available for 30 days. After installation it's really good for 6 months which was a big plus. I bought it mainly for vacations when I didn't have wifi but still needed to work. I really had to try when my home wi-fi went down - we have very little service and I was only able to get 1 strip of 4G. This allowed me to still use my laptop with very low latency - even making WebEx and Teams calls with no audio issues as long as I wasn't using my video. It was easy to set up - it is NOT a touchscreen and wasn't advertised as one. You can switch networks to find the best signal and it worked well. The app is clumsy. and I haven't tried buying new data packs yet, but it seems relatively easy. It gets hot when used for a long time, so I leave a fan on it to drain the battery. Will update if I need to use the app to buy another data pack. Overall, it works just as well as my Verizon hotspot for a fraction of the cost. still happy
