This WiFi adapter is worth its price. I bought this for a neighbor who is not at all computer savvy: not even computers actually, but I'm bringing her into the 21st century. No disrespect to my neighbor. Arrived in great packaging, in mint condition and worked as advertised, straight out of the box: Comes with Micro CD software. I copied a floppy disk of her papers in case she messed up the software in any way, which new computer users are known to do, but she strictly follows the instructions. I configured the WIFI adapter software to automatically connect to specific SSIDs in the preferred order and connect immediately even after powering on, rebooting or just logging in. I am definitely satisfied with this AC WiFi adapter. It also has a long antenna: judging by the way it works, it could also be an internal MIMO antenna. The WIFI adapter is in fact an AC protocol adapter. It downloads at 8xx Mbit/s and we are separated by 3 floors. All I can say is this is a great product, works as advertised and has been stable for months with no hiccups.
