One of two original tone knobs, and the replacement knobs stopped working after a few hours.
I liked the product, especially the lock bases that came with it. But on the original, one of the two "sound buttons" stopped working after a few hours. I sent the set back and received a new set. Then, a few hours later, one of the two sound buttons stopped working again. Otherwise the product seems good. Easy to program and comes with foam bases. The batteries may not have been stored and need to be replaced. The audio buttons have a retractable tab to activate the batteries and turn the buttons on, so this shouldn't be a problem. Whatever the mistakes are, this is unacceptable.
