Not Worth the Investment

The FluentPet HexTiles System Tester Pre Installed is a total waste of money. The set-up process was difficult and time-consuming, and even after following the instructions closely, it didn't work properly. The one and only pro is that the customer service team was friendly and helpful. The major con is that this product is not worth its price, and there are much better options available in the Pet Supplies market.

One of two original tone knobs, and the replacement knobs stopped working after a few hours.

I liked the product, especially the lock bases that came with it. But on the original, one of the two "sound buttons" stopped working after a few hours. I sent the set back and received a new set. Then, a few hours later, one of the two sound buttons stopped working again. Otherwise the product seems good. Easy to program and comes with foam bases. It may be great, but one of the buttons isn't working.

I was SO pleased to receive this in the mail today. For now, this is my take: Pros: - Nice packaging - Button tiles feel durable for use with cats and soft dogs. - Tiles hold buttons securely. - The function keys are easy to label - It's probably easy for a cat to press the keys. Own stickers with button labels would be helpful for dog owners. An opportunity to try this button system at a lower price to see if it's worth enough to get a larger set later.
