I like how easy SupplyPike is to use in comparison to our previous and current solution. The integration with other tools and vendors is seamless. I also like that SupplyPike allows you to send an email directly from the system if something isn't working as expected. Sometimes it takes time to get a response. SupplyPike will meet your needs. I am able to stay on top of my shipments and my customers and that allows me to make more consistent decisions. I like the ease of use. It is not very hard to navigate. I also like that we are able to use this to manage all of our supply chain from sourcing, to pricing and purchasing. This helps us to make sure that we are able to get the best price for our customers. There is nothing I dislike about the system. I think that SupplyPike is a great system.
