Everyone has a different experience.

Mine broke after 7 days of purchase. :( It was really good at first but then it went downhill. I even tried bending the pins so it would stay locked and my dog could get out by shaking his head. It weighs 85lbs but well it wasn't meant to be be so easy to shake off
