Long needles
These needles are quite long and very sharp. They are perfect for sashiko embroidery. Because of the length of the needle, it's easy to make multiple long stitches. I would recommend using a traditional Japanese leather finger guard to push the needle through the indigo fabric. However, I don't find the eye of this needle to be particularly "big".
- Sachiko requires the needle to have a very small eye so as not to damage the fabric. This needle is designed to have the largest eye possible to achieve the best sashiko result.
