Good product, more pros than cons.
First purchase: taken out of the box - the right earpiece does not work - the application sees it as disabled, when connected to a laptop, one earpiece plays. Hotline recommendations: charge up to 100%, reinstall the application - if it does not help, take it to the service. Very client oriented. : they took the defective ones to the store, returned the money. Ordered in the same place again - the second workers came, we are testing.
