I love watches! I would give it 5* but I can't because I can't use it. I somehow lost my charger. Amazfit does not sell chargers. I got the reply "There are several third party sellers on Revain that sell chargers." I bought TWO and returned both. They are not suitable for BipS. I've looked closely at both and can't find either one. I'm attaching a photo of the back of the Bip (via the web) and my pink BipS. Noticed the difference? Aha! square or circle. The circle does not fit into the space of a small square, and the points of contact are in different places. I called support twice and left a detailed message and my number and haven't called back for over a week. I searched their website for an email, all I could find was "reviews" and it asks how you like the new app. No contact information. How did I get her phone number you ask? I bought support through Revain and they gave it to me. By the way, it's not very useful, except for getting the company number. Maybe you can email me. Or better yet, they will respond to my comments here.
