It's easy to see all of our current accounts in one place, plus it makes reporting easier than ever before (thanks largely to their monthly reports that include totals by account). Being able to create recurring gifts for upcoming months/years with quick links or buttons would be fantastic! While we haven't discovered any downsides yet -- I know some people are concerned about whether they'll receive proper credit if there is an error when using Paypal online giving-- this might give you pause as well. Try out it at least once just so you can have questions answered quickly should something arise later down the road. Our accounting team has been very pleased since switching over from QuickBooks Online last December; especially having access through mobile apps allows them more flexibility while doing daily work duties away from headquarters offices. I like how easy it is to use and how helpful the customer service is. I dislike that it sometimes takes a while to get an answer from customer service. I would recommend this to any church that is having issues with their offering software. It is easy to use and the customer service is great. It is a great way to keep track of your church's offerings and year-end tax receipts. I am using it to keep track of my church's offerings and year-end tax receipts.
