I've always thought that plate frames should be minimalist and unobtrusive. So far I have always bought thin black powder-coated or chrome-plated frames. Until recently, I didn't know these silicone frames existed, so I decided to give it a try. I hesitate to call them "bezels" as they're actually more like a silicone mat, but they wrap easily around the front of the tablet and completely cover the back. The silicone is very flexible and the license plate is easy to insert with bare hands. Tolerances seem good as it holds the license plate very securely without much slack. There are holes on the bottom for screw fixings and water drainage, they all line up and work well. Sleek, rounded design allows you to correctly view all important information on the plates; In my home state of Oregon, there are expiration date stickers on the bottom of the plate, and these frames don't block anything, unlike some solid decorative frames. The scope of delivery includes eight large, coarse-threaded stainless steel screws and a Phillips head for attachment, but they were too large for my application. Surprisingly, the frames come packaged in a resealable zip-lock bag. As expected they are made in China but the quality seems good and the price is reasonable. I would buy them again if needed.
