Review on WebRezPro by Julio Montano

The software was able to handle many of features that our small business required without breaking down. The software is well put together which was nice because we were a brand new property. We didn't have much time to train our staff on how to use the software so it took some extra work for them in the beginning. My biggest problem at this time was a lack of communication. It's not as though I'm complaining about not receiving updates or support from this software but it seemed as if I had more trouble communicating with the technical support than if I had spoken with my colleagues face to face! When using a website to communicate with other people, be sure you're both clear in your expectations and goals beforehand. I wish we would have started our projects earlier in order to see what this platform could produce. By building up our profile and working with multiple suppliers, we were eventually able to produce an extremely customised solution. Our clients saw the results that we were after by just having a better understanding of each one of their specific requirements; which allowed us to create the most suitable customisable solution. Very easy software for both guests as well an owner, very user friendly interface! I wish there was more room options when booking rooms which would be nice but you can make do without them if neededI have no complaints so far about this product or it's ease of use in any way!! We are using webrezpros mostly just as guest information however we also like how they keep our books straight (easy accounting!).
