great value! one of the best filters

I've been using TG filters for years and get great results. Oil change every 3 months/3,000 km. I can handle that with this filter. x2! For example I use TG2 on my 96 Tbird as a single owner. It has driven me (and others) for 86,000 and still hasn't needed an engine overhaul (not counting the emission control system). I also tend to photograph them from time to time - sometimes for interstate conventions, but mostly just for fun. - so I didn't quite treat her with kid gloves. Well I guess it's debatable whether that reliability is more evidence of a Ford 4.6 liter engine or Fram filters but I'm sure the filters I've used have been instrumental in prevent costly repairs. FWIW, I've only used regular Pennzoil with TG2 and this car has never known plastics. If you are one of those who rigorously change filters every 3 months. over every filter on your journey and be ready to go. However, if you're prone to hesitation, or your car is being roughly serviced, you need a filter like this. Given that it outperforms smaller filters that cost about the same, and some high quality filters cost double or triple, using the TG is no problem! It also makes it a nice addition to the minimal free shipping here at Revain if you just can't think of anything else you need - it never hurts to have a few extra filters. in your inventory! Finally, the textured top of the handle feels comfortable and helps with maneuvering and operating the filter, but the placement of my Bird filter (since I don't have a move kit installed) forces me to use an end cap with socket extension and ratchet to get around that to achieve the required torque (number of revolutions). ). In vehicles with a lot of hand and arm freedom in the filter area, the existing grip can be sufficient.
